Digital Products — No Physical Shipping

FoliplexPro offers digital coloring books and other downloadable digital products.

Because our products are delivered electronically, no physical products are shipped and there are no physical shipping fees.

How Digital Delivery Works

After completing your purchase successfully, you will receive access to your purchased digital product through the delivery method provided at checkout.

Depending on the product and the delivery system, your download may be available immediately after payment or sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Download Problems

If you have completed your purchase but cannot access your digital product, please check:

  • Your order confirmation

  • Your email inbox

  • Your spam or junk folder

  • That you entered the correct email address during checkout

If you still cannot access your purchase, please contact customer support so we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Email Address

Please make sure that your email address is correct when placing your order.

If you entered an incorrect email address and cannot receive your digital product, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the order and assist where possible.

Physical Shipping

FoliplexPro does not currently ship physical coloring books or other physical products.

Therefore, tracking numbers, shipping carriers, delivery dates, and physical delivery fees do not apply to our digital products.

International Customers

Digital products can generally be accessed from supported locations without international shipping.

However, availability may depend on applicable laws, technical restrictions, and the compatibility of the customer's device or software.
